Wybraliśmy się na północą krawędź Wielkiego Kanionu. Troszkę się zawiedliśmy, bo mimo iż otworzono park zgodnie z planem 15go maja, najciekawsza ścieżka była wciąż zamknięta. Przeszliśmy się po dostępnych punktach i porobiliśmy kilka fotek. Północna ściana jest troszkę wyższa niż południowa, ale przy wielkości kanionu nie robi to dużej różnicy. Niestety jest też bardziej odsunięta od rzeki Colorado a przez to widok na Wielki Kanion mamy tylko z jednej strony, a nie tak jak na południu niemal dookoła. Mimo wszystko Grand Canyon dalej robi wrażenie. Dosyć szybko uciekliśmy ponieważ było tam zimno. Dookoła leżał śnieg, a temperatura w nocy spadła do 4 stopni.

Hi,
We have visited north rim of Grand Canyon. we were a little bit disappointed, because altough the Park was open as it was planned 15th of May, the most intresting trail was still closed. We just go through open viewpoints and took some pictures. North rim is a little bit bigger than the south, but in comparison to Grand Canyon it don't make a difference. Unfortunatelly it is also a little bit farther form the Colorado river than south rim and we could see Grand Canyon only on one direction, not as at south, almost around us. After all Grand Canyon is still impressing. We didn't stay there for long, cause it was cold there. There was snow around and at night time temperature was about 39 Farenheits.
